Momentum, longevity
and ownership
Sustainability is a critical focus of the aRBM system.
Our goal at the end of the initial Year 3 implementation phase is to catalyze enduring cultural shift and behavioral change across the IsDB-LLF ecosystem. We want to embed aRBM tools and practices such that they become an inevitable and self-sustaining engine for exceptional project management—and impactful project outcomes—across the entire portfolio.
Year 3 Priorities
Our year 3 plan seeks to drive further expansion and ownership of aRBM across the LLF ecosystem. As the feedback loops we are helping to build become ever more precise and expansive, projects across the LLF will continue to sharpen their ability to track progress, proactively identify and address key issues, and deliver results for the people they serve.
Build system-wide data proficiency
Support routine use of data through bespoke analytics platforms that are customized, integrated and widely used across the IsDB-LLF ecosystem
Strategically expand the program
Expand to 17 projects across three Regional Hubs
Ensure sustainability and replicability
Foster system ownership and activate champions across ISDB-LLF ecosystem
Looking ahead:
Integration of aRBM in LLF 2.0
With formal approval for the first cohort of LLF 2.0 projects anticipated in September 2024, there is a key opportunity to establish aRBM at the very outset of these projects. Our immediate priorities include integrating aRBM system tools and practices in project design and delivery structures. This is a lever not only for the success of each project, but also for widespread integration of aRBM across the LLF ecosystem.
